Monica Edmonds is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) dedicated to helping clients achieve better health through personalised, evidence-based nutrition care. She believes that every individual has unique nutritional needs and works closely with her clients to develop practical, sustainable dietary strategies that support long-term wellbeing.
Monica provides nutrition support across a wide range of health conditions. Her clinical interests include gut health—such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), reflux, diverticular disease, coeliac disease and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)—as well as oncology nutrition, diabetes management (Type 1 and Type 2), metabolic syndrome, weight management, and malnutrition. She also supports patients with women’s health concerns including PCOS, endometriosis, amenorrhea and menopause, and helps individuals develop healthier relationships with food, including support for binge eating disorder.
With a background in professional dance training, Monica developed a strong appreciation for the important role nutrition plays in performance, recovery, and overall wellbeing. She also has a special interest in performance nutrition for dancers and athletes, helping active individuals optimise their energy, strength, and endurance.
